Groundworks that everything else can stand on.
Site clearance, excavation, drainage and foundations — the work nobody sees once it's finished, done properly the first time. Across Surrey & West Sussex.
Groundworks, covered properly.
Groundworks is the part of any project that decides whether everything built afterwards stays level, dry and sound. We handle it ourselves — not as a subcontracted afterthought — so the same team accountable for the finish is accountable for the foundations underneath it.
- Site clearance & demolition
- Excavation & levelling
- Drainage, falls & soakaways
- Sub-base & hardcore preparation
- Concrete foundations & footings
- Utility ducting & service runs
- Retaining walls & site structures

Groundworks on a recent Surrey project.
Before a single deck board went down on this garden build, the ground had to be surveyed, cleared and prepared properly.

Survey & Set Out
Levels and drainage falls marked out before any digging starts.

Clear & Prepare
Ground cleared, membrane laid and the sub-base set to the right levels.

Foundations Set
Footings and frame fixed to prepared, level ground — ready to build on.
Drainage, bedded and tied in properly.
A new inspection chamber and pipe run against an existing wall — bedded in concrete, connected in, and backfilled to fall correctly. The kind of detail nobody sees once the ground's made good, which is exactly why it needs doing right first time.
